WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll enter the session and start with a light conversation to get information moving. I may ask a variety of questions or play one of a few small games I created to open up energetic communication between us. When I feel that there is an opening, I say that I am ready to start. I will ask you to be on camera, without a distorted background. I will mute my own microphone, remove my self view, and ask you to close your eyes. I then observe you as data starts to enter my system and reveal things to me. As things are revealed, I write them down. Once I feel that I am meant to share with you, I energetically disconnect and tell you that I’m ready do go over my “notes”. We discuss and then I do a second jump and we repeat the process. We end the session with integrating the information and making sure we have clarity on next steps if any were suggested.
The typical feelings reported at the end of a body jump are relief, calm, acceptance, gratitude, openness, hope, surrender, joy and curiosity.
