THE OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS CLASS IS TO LOOK AT EACH OF THE DETERMINATIONS THROUGH THE LENS OF DISORDERED EATING.

IN A COMPASSIONATE AND EMPATHETIC WAY, WE WILL LOOK AT HOW DISORDERED EATING CAN PRESENT THROUGH EACH COLOR, AND OFFER SUPPORTIVE STRATEGIES FOR NAVIGATING THE DE-CONDITIONING PROCESS.

HAVING A FOUNDATIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF EACH OF THE DETERMINATIONS CAN ENHANCE YOUR LEARNING EXPERIENCE, BUT ISN’T A PRE-REQUISITE.

I always end my classes with the opportunity to ask questions and seek deeper clarity on anything that still feels confusing or unintegrated. I encourage people to use personal examples when asking their questions so that I can use their mechanics to transmit my answers with greater accuracy. While I do not offer readings in class, I like to keep my answers as differentiated as possible and using personal mechanics helps to facilitate that.

This class aims to provide practical, technical, and mechanical information. It will also stimulate you into deeper awareness on where you’ve been damaging your health by listening to generic advice for the masses.
