In this video I look at two elements of design - Motivation, and Signature. I am motivated in my relationships through Innocence to end up at Success. What if I have a partner who is motivated by Need to find Success? What about Need to find Satisfaction? Or Desire to find Peace? Or Fear to arrive at Surprise? Understanding this part of yourself in relation to your partner is going to bring a deep level of understanding and awareness to the mechanics at work in your relationship and whether or not you can expect to feel harmony or tension.
